Responsibilities:

<!--[endif]-->Focus on the projects pursuit and key accounts to achieve
sales target and strategy in metallurgical industry

<!--[endif]-->Build good relationship with key accounts, and visit related
key accounts regularly to get account & competitor’s information, typical
product application cases, reference list and develop good relationship

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Develop a systematic approach and strategy to support
regional managers to maximize sales

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Provide technical & application support, conduct
seminar, recommends solution to accounts

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Maintain a complete record of market trends, account needs,
industry regulations and competitor activities

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Support & participate new product developing project
proposals.

<!--[endif]-->Provide weekly and monthly report on the key projects status
and develop contingency plan to compensate any significant deviations on sales

<!--[endif]-->Co-operate with other departments in SCT to reach target

<!--[endif]-->Keep close communication with Top Manager and get support to
develop China Metallurgical Market.

<!--[endif]-->Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner
consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee
handbook regulations and all other policies

<!--[endif]-->Professionally manage company’s asset and control expense
within budget allowance

<!--[endif]-->Any other tasks as requested by management

Qualification/Requirements:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Bachelor degree above in engineering discipline, especially
in metallurgical industry

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Minimum 5 years industrial or commercial experience with technical
background in marketing or sales of metallurgical equipment components

<!--[endif]-->Excellent application knowledge in Gear products preferred

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Have capability and experiences in team management, key
account development and team work spirit

<!--[endif]-->Task oriented, a good planner

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·
<!--[endif]-->Excellent negotiation skills and command of written and oral
Chinese, or English, or Japanese
