岗位职责:
1、Define long/short-term dealer network development plan by doing comprehensive analysis on existing dealer network, by considering existing and future market and product development, as well as considering the main competitors’ network situation, in order to build a profitable and sustainable dealer network.
2、Setup and finalize processes in dealer development work, including but not limited to dealer recruitment, dealer evaluation, network planning, etc, in order to improve work efficiency and dealer capability.
3、Meeting with existing CLAAS dealers to understand their capabilities, facilities, and possible growth plans. Optimizing the dealer networks. Assessing current/future net work opportunities.
4、Work with the regional/area managers within that market to understand their future sales volume requirements for that city and setting a suitable network plan for them.
5、Using sales & customer service data - and competitive registration info – identifying 'White Spot’ opportunities where additional CLAAS representation is required.
6、Using sales & customer service data - and competitive registration info – identifying 'White Spot’ opportunities where additional CLAAS representation is required.
7、Defining the right size of our dealer networks, work with managers to develop consolidation plan which minimizes potential negative impacts upon sales and customer satisfaction.
8、Create dealer development plans which put the CLAAS network in a competent position versus key competitors regarding sales per dealer within that region/area.
任职要求:
1、Bachelor degree in marketing, business or other relevant subject.
2、3 to 5 years work experience in dealer development.
3、Good English skills (written and oral)
4、Good communication abilities, strong team working character, independent working style, stress resistance and able to set priorities, intercultural competencies
