Job Responsibilities
1. According to the strategic plan of the company group, make and execute the
wealth management market development plan of the local high-end clients
2. Due to the developing needs of the branch, organize and give trainings to the
team of private banking and wealth management managers
3. Lead the team to develop the local high-end client groups and complete the
business target of the branch
4. Inherit the company culture, develop the company branding and build the local
reputation and influence of the company
Requirements
1. Diploma degree or above with a major in management or finance or other
related field is preferred
2. Above 8 years of relevant financial industry experience, especially sales and
management experience in banking, trust, securities, or the 3rd party wealth
management
3. Strong market sense of the local high-end client groups, very familiar with local
market
4. Strong team management skill, communication skill and influence skill, have
relevant banking experience in VIP wealth management or assistant/vice branch
manager experience of retail banking
5. Eager to learn and grow, have skill of dealing complicated situation and skill of
managing the whole situation
6. Strong self-motivation and persistence
