1.Training activity implantation and optimization
? Business and people learning needs collection and analysis, yearly learning plan making
? Learning plan implement and course/activities conduct
? Evaluate and follow up the learning activities and program
? Knowledge sharing coordination
? E-learning tracking
2.Facilitate to forsting learning culture within organization
? Design and facilitate “Reading club”
? Optimize office library program
? Facilitate and tracking English learning
? Administrate enterprise We-chat platform

Knowledge:
? Bachelor degree
? Training coordination experience
? Above 2 years working experience in training area
? English training experience is preferred
? Microsoft office software is preferred
