职位描述：
？和销售团队进行销售预测准确性的沟通，制定生产计划并维护合理的成品库存水平。Communicate with sales team for regular forecasting and work out production plan and maintain reasonable FG inventory level.
？制定生产计划的同时，协助生产部门优化设备维护和转换之间的流程。Work with production team to optimize maintenance & changeover process.
？与采购部门沟通，保证原材料和包装材料的数量和到货日期能和生产计划相匹配，以确保生产计划的执行，并保证原料和包装材料库存的合理性。Communicate with purchasing team, make sure the quantity and delivery date of the material can match the schedule of production planning , make sure the smooth production plan and reasonable raw material inventory level.
？及时响应客户需求，尽快满足客户订单，保证产品供应的准确性。Timely response to customers and control backlog orders to guarantee products supply in accuracy.
？控制Slow Non Mover 数量并提出解决方案。Slow Non Mover control and make proposal for disposal.
？持续提高效率，生产和原材料供应计划。Cross functional SOP meeting to improve the efficiency of sales, production and raw material supply plan.
Position Requirements:
？大专或以上学历。
？熟知SAP生产计划模块的操作
？具有一定英语基础者优先。
