岗位职责：
1、负责解答客户对服务的疑问以及签单后续的跟踪服务，维护客户与公司的合作关系；
2、负责订单的下达与跟踪；
3、随时解答客户提出的问题，处理客户的异议及投诉建议，维护公司的形象；
4、熟悉公司理念及产品，了解客户需求，能够为客户提出个性化的解决方案；
5、协助对客户关系的维护、联络和跟踪管理；
6、协助做好客户反馈评价；
7、负责客户档案的收集及整理；
8、负责客户的投诉处理和跟踪处理。
任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销及电子商务等服务相关专业；
2、一年以上呼叫中心或客服相关工作经验；
3、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力。
