岗位职责：
1、负责顾客的接待及引导；负责顾客订购、批量团购的紧急申请及落实；
2、随时关注货品的销货进度，及时发现缺货并补货；
3、确保陈列货品的整齐、干净；店面保持整洁、卫生；提供良好的购物环境；
4、对顾客投诉、抱怨及店铺出现的意外和突发事件的处理；
5、促进顾客成交，并注意收集顾客的反馈意见；
6、严格执行服务规范，积极向顾客宣传公司销售政策，发展会员；
7、负责安排送水工派送任务；
8、负责店内卫生、办公用品等的日常管理。
任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销及相关专业；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、良好的沟通、协调能力
