职位目标:
Job Purpose
这个职位主要负责SEM 装载机结构件前、后车架的工艺流程设计和改进，包括新产品的导入、工艺流程设计优化、工艺文件编制、工装工位器具设计、设备选型、布局和产能规划、MBOM、PFMEA和车间技术支持等，以保证结构件生产流程的稳定并实现年度质量和成本目标。
This position is mainly responsible for the manufacturing process design and improvement of the
SEM brand WL EEF&NEEF . Including the NPI, process optimizing, process documents design
fixtures and tooling design, machine study and solutions provide. Layout and capacity design. MBOM,
PFMEA and site support. Etc. To assure the stable manufacturing process of these Fab and
Achieve the annual quality and cost goals.
工作职责:
Job Responsibilities
1. 负责SEM WL结构件NEEF、EEF的工艺设计和改进;
Design and improve the manufacturing process of the SEM WL NEEF&EEF.
2. 负责结构件的新产品引进;
Be responsible for the NPI of SEM WL Fab.
3. 完善产品流程资料和信息：MBOM制定，工艺路线设计，工时测定，PFEMA文件编制，车间布局优化，编制更新SWS/SWES，能力分析，负责与产品工程变更相关的工艺流程变更；
Provide the documents and information relevant to product and process. Including MBOM design, process routine design, cycle time measurement, PFEMA list design, workshop layout optimize, standard work documents written and update, capacity analysis and procedure change according to design change.
4. 负责产品的工装工位器具设计，吊具选型，设备选型，和供应商工装图纸的审核；
Be responsible for the design of the fixtures and tooling, lifting appliance solutions design, machine study and solutions provide, and fixture drawing audit from suppliers.
5. 负责产品的ERP系统维护,包括：物料结构树，工艺过程，人工及设备工时，工装工具信息；
Maintain the product information in ERP system, including process construction tree, manufacturing process, manpower time and machine time, fixture and tooling information.
6. 进行日常车间技术服务，解决所负责产品或区域的技术问题；
Daily technique service to workshop, solve the technical problems relevant to the responsible products or zone.
7. 定期进行工艺审核，包括工艺纪律检查，标准化审核，工艺路线审核，BOM及主物料准确率审核；
Periodically audit the procedure. Including procedure accordance inspection, standard work audit, process routine check, and accuracy audit for the BOM and main materials.
8. 负责产品的过程质量控制；
Be responsible for the quality of the process control.
9. 积极倾听客户的反馈，并且据此改进流程，优化工艺；
Actively listen to the feedback from customers and improve the process and procedures.
10. 负责区域内工装的投资和设备的投资；
Be responsible the investment on fixtures and machine within responsible area.
11. 参与负责产品或区域有关的质量改进和加工效率提升；
Be responsible for the quality improvement and efficiency acceleration.
12. 负责相关产品的新操作工的SWS/SWES培训。
Be responsible for the standard work training for new operators.

背景/经验:
Background /Experiences
1. 机械相关专业本科及以上学历，
Bachelor degree or above and the major is mechanics series.
2. 在机械行业工作3年以上；
3 + years of experiences in machinery industry
3. 良好的沟通能力及协调能力，对具体问题能够做出准确分析并及时解决；
Have excellence communication skills and cooperation abilities, can solve problems timely based on accurate analysis.
4. 诚实正直，敢于承担责任，具有吃苦耐劳精神及团队意识；
Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork.
5. 积极进取，愿意学习新知识，工作扎实主动，能熟练使用二维及三维绘图软件，熟练运用ERP系统；
Be active to make progress, be interested in study new knowledge, have positive work attitude, can use the 2D and 3D drawing software proficiently, can use the ERP system.
6. 良好的英语口语、书写能力, 英语水平四级以上。
