职位描述：
Job Purpose:
This job is for engineering lead for CAT brand Paving product production introduction to CQL, also for quick response to the workshop issue responsiveness, work as the bridge between PG and Operations. Follow up design change implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. This position will take lead of new sourcing introduction program in CQL from engineering perspective, He will in charge of all the factory build issue find, summary, feedback and follow up the issue resolution at factory
2. Resolve fabrication and assembly issues for production machines
- Primary, Full ownership of design related issues
- Secondary, Supporting role for process related issues
· Secondary, Support issue resolution for supplier
3.Investigate issues which sort to maintenance engineer and add in maintenance issues tracker, sort out if not design issues
·Primary, Design Related Issue
·Investigate and document issue
·Manage the Design Rapid CPI .
·Request the design change from the system team for simple issues
·Track and insure timely solutions from the system team
4. Assist in improving manufacturability through design change (as necessary)
5. Insure design changes are compatible with the production machine
6. Assist with fitting up and validation of all production design changes
·Drivers of Design Changes
·Design error (discovered in production)
·Request from Operations or Technical for manufacturability improvement
·Request from supplier for manufacturability improvement
·Cost reduction
·CPI/Quality improvement
·Other (shared part with other machine, supplier disruption, etc.)
7. Support BIQ and VOCC
Background/Working Experience
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.6+ years working experiences in product support, engineering, manufacturing, quality, testing, and multi job experience preferred;
3.Initiative, good communication and coordination skill
4.Be able to adapt to travel
5.Be proficient in office, ERP and relevant system
