职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities：
1. Conducts or directs financial and managerial analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows and related financial statistics. Prepares and interprets results and monthly forecasts for the executive Senior management. Highlights areas of financial concern to be addressed and offers proactive recommendations on correcting negative variances and on future strategic business development initiatives.
2. Conducts margin and EVA analysis on new or existing business segments and customer requests for proposals. Makes financial recommendations to contracts and proposal negotiations that best serve the interests of the company.
3. Evaluates pricing models and contract profitability to ensure that actual procedures conform to proposal assumptions and cost assumptions, making recommendations for pricing strategy and payment terms modifications
4. Over sees and prepares the fiscal year forecasting process by disseminating data to managers, guiding managers through payroll and expense planning, answering related questions, analyzing feasibility and practicality of budgets submitted, etc. Present updates as required.
5. Oversees and prepares the division’s monthly financial statements, income statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, general ledger reconciliation, operating forecasts etc.
6. Serves as liaison external banks, attorney’s and tax consultants providing necessary or requested reports or documentation, answering follow-up questions, etc. in order to facilitate the requirements in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
7. Serves as liaison between Company and external or internal auditors by organizing dates and personnel, providing necessary or requested reports or documentation, answering follow-up questions, etc. in order to facilitate the audit in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
8. Guides and directs the capital outlay by reviewing and preparing Investment Proposal Projects (IPP), working capital and operating expense policies, ensuring detailed justification and analysis, reviewing such requests with the corporate office, advising management on desirable operational adjustments as deemed necessary in order to take advantage of any available tax rules, regulations, or revisions.
9. Works closely with customers and sales representatives on escalated situations regarding outstanding balances and deductions in order to compromise a payment or write-off plan that best serves the financial interests of the company while preserving profitable customer relations
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements：
1. Proven experience in high volume manufacturing environment with a preferred emphasis in the automotive and industrial market.
2. Minimum educational requirements include bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with CPA license preferred. Prior work history should include at least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting, internal audit, credit and collection, assistant controller, or similar position, inclusive of at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Strong accounting knowledge and experience in starting up companies, implementing cost accounting process desired.
3. Management experience of finance in MFG company /Good English communication skills
4. Language Skills: Mandarin and English
5. Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning
6. Good spoken and written English required as well as Mandarin. Skill set must include exceptional statistical and analytical abilities, demonstrated strength in financial writing, the ability to communicate financial data on a non financial level, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products with emphasis in Excel spreadsheet and Power point applications
7. Knowledge of ERP and associated accounting requirements (SYSPRO likely to be the ERP system)

Preferred：
1. Bachelors of Science in Accounting or equivalent is preferred
2. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Design, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, QS 9000, TS 16949, and ISO 14001 preferred. 举报 分享
