职位描述：
Purpose of the Position:
Successful candidate to support the development and delivery of Salesforce.com training material to Corning. After the Salesforce launch, the candidate’s primary role is to continue enhancing the material for future Salesforce training and move into a data steward role.
Responsibilities will include providing assistance with data management, data quality, and data integrity. Also, the individual will work with other functional areas to report and analyze opportunity tracking and ad hoc reports for management review.

Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Mathematics, or sufficient relative experience in data analysis or data stewardship
An understanding of technology and systems flow and controls with experience in data stewardship, governance, or analysis

Required Skills
1+ years working with Salesforce.com CRM (power user or admin a plus)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiar with technologies around data management
Excellent analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Ability to operate independently

Desired Skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver management recommendations for product deployment & new market opportunities
The ability to drive change and improve processes, organization and documentation
Ability to discuss details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review
Additional data systems skills with industry recognized platforms (MS Dyanamics, Sugar, NetSuite, Zoho, Oracle, etc.)
Experience in creating or maintaining requirements documents, process flows, protocols and decision trees
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of master and reference data elements, processes and organizational support models
Other CRM application experience (Work.com, Silverpop, Marketo, ExactTarget, etc.)

Soft Skills
Capable of senior management communication & engagement
