(A) Purpose of the Position: Briefly describe (in one or two sentences) the position’s purpose or role.
- Build BG team to achieve the business goal.
建设BG团队，实现公司的业务目标。
- Lead the team to develop new products and manage the project.
带领团队进行新品开发，并进行项目管理。
(B) Duties and Responsibilities: Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order of importance. Show what percentage of the job accounts for each major activity.
1. Lead the team to develop wall switch & socket products and manage the project to be finished on time.
带领团队进行墙壁开关插座类产品的新品开发，管理项目进度并按时完成。 30%
2. Review the detailed structure design to make sure it can pass the related standard.
检讨产品结构设计以符合相关标准要求。 20%
3. Solve the engineering issues in design, testing and mass production.
解决在设计，测试和量产过程中出现的工程技术问题。 20%
4. Make product cost analysis.
分析产品成本。 10%
5. Communicate with UK side on product issues by emails.
通过电子邮件和英国方面沟通关于产品方面的问题。 10%
6. Mentor & coach engineer to improve design and problem solving ability.
指导帮助团队成员提高结构设计和解决问题的能力。 10%
(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. Familiar with ISO.
熟悉ISO质量体系的要求。
D) Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering.
本科或以上学历，机械专业。
2. 5 years working experience and minimum 3 years design experience of wall switch product.
5年工作经验，其中至少3年墙壁开关类产品设计经验。
3. Proficient with Pro/E.
熟练使用Pro/E绘图软件。
4. Good English ability of reading and writing.
熟练的英语读写能力。
