Researcher/Senior Researcher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist Consultants to identify high quality professionals through effective research;
2. Engage potential candidates and conduct telephone interviews to assess them for suitable positions
3. Support Consultants with different aspects of candidate and client management
4. Industry and function search analysis based on projects
5. ERP system updates and maintenance by projects.

Qualifications:

-- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
-- Previous telephone sales experience is highly preferable
-- Computer literate and Internet savvy
-- Fluent in written and oral English
