职位描述

Position: Senior Manager, Store Development

Report to: China President, US Construction Lead

Location: Shanghai




SUMMARY:

-- Responsible for all aspects of delivering newly constructed stores in China (from lease negotiation, architecture development, construction execution through store turnover and twelve months of warranty) to our field and division customers across Company. Leads a team of internal employees and external service providers. Is responsible for ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service, while delivering the highest quality construction, at the lowest possible cost and in the shortest timeframe. Ensures all stores are constructed in accordance and compliance with all country/local regulation as well as, Company's COBC guidelines.


-- Establishes and maintains a network of highly effective and competitive general contractors and Construction Manager service-providers to meet our ever-changing business needs.


-- Partners effectively with the China Real Estate, Operations, Store Design, Finance, Procurement and Corporate Architecture and Construction teams to deliver assets that exceed our customers and shareholders expectations.


-- Responsible for effectively managing and deploying the department's resources, to ensure maximum productivity is achieved, even during slow periods of construction.


-- Responsible for setting team short and long term goals and objectives to meet and align with critical company plans.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

l Required Skills & Abilities:

- Strong business acumen.

- Data driven/orientated.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

l Minimum Educational Level:

- College degree.

- Advanced degree preferred.


l Minimum Experience:

- 12 ~15 years general management experience.

- In-depth facilities contracting/construction management knowledge.

- Ability to travel globally (30 - 50%).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
