Position: Senior Leasing Manager

Report to: Leasing Director

Location: Shanghai

Job Description

- Market mapping - identify trade areas & suitable locations.

- Analysis of existing stores.

- Landlord negotiation for new sites, renewals, closures.

- Landlord relationship management.

- Administration, site pack preparation.

- Support to Franchisees for site evaluations.

- Building processes & systems.

- Developing & managing Development team.

- Develop overall development strategy.

QUALIFICATION:

- College graduate or higher.

- 3 - 5 years related Development experience with multi-unit retail brand, especially in Shanghai.

- Strong customer service mentality.

- CET 4 minimum and self motivated.

- Good grasp of financial numbers for retail operations.

- Analytical, Strong organization and administration skills.
