Our client is a leading manufacturer of components for electrical connection technology with headquarters in Germany. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: Key Account Manager
Report Line: Director
Location: Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Increase the business volume with the defined Key Accounts.
l Coordinate and synchronize with Key Accounts activities from headquarter.
l Marketing activities in China: participate in seminars, coordinate guest visit
l Prepare requested reports like visit report, KA strategy paper and KA forecast etc.
l Closed cooperation with Branch Managers, Product Managers, the relevant sales and the relevant colleagues.
l Improve the service to Key Accounts, establish a good relationship with them and propose new business.
REQUIREMENTS:
l Bachelor degree majored industry Automation, electric automation, Automation control, electric engineering etc.
l At least 8 years working experience in related industry
l Strong in business development capability
l Proficient mastery of both oral and written in English (German+);
l Excel, word and PPT
l Honest, integrity, good leadership and teamwork
Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
