职位描述：
岗位职责：

· 处理客户抱怨Handle customer complaints;

· 处理客户产品返修，提供客户支持和服务 Handle product repairing request from customers and provide customer support & service;

· 组织质量改进 Organize quality improvement;

· 组织对质量问题实施纠正/预防措施，并实施跟踪和验证 Organize corrective/preventive actions to quality nonconformities, and follow up and verify the actions;

· 实施不合格品控制 Make nonconforming product control;

· 组织产品审核 Organize product audit.

任职要求：

· 本科或以上学历，专业为电子或相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrics or related;

· 熟悉质量管理管理体系和工具 Skillful in quality management system and tools;

· 英语四级或以上， 良好的英语听说读写能力 English CET-4 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills,;

· 熟练使用办公软件 Skillful in office software;

· 良好的组织、沟通和协调能力 Good capability of organization, communication and coordination;

· 身体健康、工作积极、责任心强 Healthy, positive and strong sense of responsibility.
? 3年以上质量管理经验 More than 3-years’ quality management experience;
? 仪器仪表或相关行业经验优先 Experience in instrument and meter or the related industry is preferable.
