职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Supporting in the cross-departmental project management for the realization of customer projects / customer orders considering the schedule, contract and costs。
支持跨部门的项目管理，从计划、合同和成本的角度实现客户项目和客户订单
2. Supporting in claim management (e.g. supplementary quotations)
支持催款管理 （比如补充报价）
3. Preparation and realization of internal projects in Project Management
内部项目的准备和执行
-analysis / determination of improvements / realization
-改进/实现方案的分析和决策
Managing and coordination of smaller projects
管理和协调小的项目
5.Supporting the implementation of tools for Project Management:
支持项目管理工具的执行
-Project reporting, internal and external
-内外部项目报告
-Coordination of customer provision (e.g. workpieces for pre-acceptance etc.)
-客户供应的协调（比如 预验收的工件等）
-Project Clarification Cockpit (PKC)
-项目问题的澄清
6.Regular contact to the customer
定期与客户沟通
7.Creating and tracking the Open-Issue-List (OIL)
创建并跟踪开口问题清单
8.Handling other tasks assigned by the General Manager or the Manager of Project Management / Responsible Project Manager
承办总经理或项目经理、项目负责人安排的其他事宜

任职要求：
·Dipl.Ing. / Bachelor / Master in Mechanical Engineering or Business and engineering, Mechanical Technician with experience in Sales, engineering or assembly of several years
机械工程或商业及工程专业的大专、学士或硕士，或者具备多年销售，工程或组装相关经验的机械技术人员
·Experience with national and international customers
具备应对国内外客户的经验
·English in speech and writing
英语书面和口语流利
·Integrity, good team work
诚实守信、良好的团队合作
·Good communication and systematic working skills
良好的沟通能力及条理化的工作方式
·High willingness and flexibility
较好的积极性和适应能力
·High skill in coordination and organization
优秀的协调组织能力
·Profound MS-office knowledge
深厚的办公软件应用能力
·High willingness to travel
