Responsibilities
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
- Assist with installations of new devices within assigned territory as required.Complete preventive maintenance program/annual services every 9-12 weeks as scheduled
- 根据需要协助安装新设备。制定并执行客户服务计划，间隔9-12周保养现场设备。
- Provide basic device customer training and implemement evaluation of Inovoject？ process management.
- 为客户提供基本操作/维修培训，执行设备运行评估。
- Provide troubleshooting service as needed to minimize customer "down-time".
- 提供设备维修服务，避免设备停运。
- Develop effective working relationships with customers and maintain ongoing communication with customers. Cultivate customer loyalty by means of on-site problem solving and instruction offering。
- 与客户发展良好的工作关系，指导客户解决有关问题。
- Complete all relevant APAC reporting forms and procedures including, customer site visit report, parts usage requirements, site cart management, Customer Concern Resolutions & other reports as required by Pfizer Global Poultry.
- 按时完成有关报告，包括但不限于客户拜访报告、零件使用报告、现场零备件报告等等。
- Assist technical manager to implement Hatchery Air Plating programs and solve other bio security issues.
- 协助技术经理评估现场生物安全等技术问题。
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Automation, Mechanic or Electric;
- 本科以上学历，主修自动控制、机械或电气等相关专业
- Above 2 years working experiences as maintenance technician, or filed service engineer.
- 1年以上机器设备维修，客户服务的经验。
- Good knowledge and experience in PLC and Servo system.
- 熟悉PLC系统和伺服马达系统。
- Good communication skills
- 良好的沟通能力
- Good Command of English(Speaking and Writing) and computer
- 熟练掌握英语与计算机操作
- Able to work independent, proactive in solving problems, strong in analyzing, and self-learning capability
- 能独立工作，积极主动的问题解决能力与优秀的分析能力,较强的自学能力。
- Able to travel 60-80% of the time, both domestic and overseas.
- 能适应60-80%的出差时间，包括国内和国外。
- Able to work in hatchery where heat and humidity above average is common.
- 能适应在温度和湿度高于平均的家禽孵化场环境下工作。
- Driving license is preferred.
- 有驾照者优先。
