Role Description
Be responsible for performance management, organization effectiveness/efficiency improvement, providing inside support to process improvement
1. Performance management
* Monitor and publish monthly KPI for all functions, track and improve for all potential issues, including in market, off take, Anchor plan, Key hospital, KA, new product launches etc
* Check field execution randomly including promotion performance, cross-territory control, display etc
* Lead and work with Commercial team/Finance on stock take for retailer inventory, wholesaler inventory, sample and gimmicks
2. Organization effectiveness and efficiency
* S&OP improvement, good demand planning process as well as accurate CDF by working with Logistics and Commercials
* Put well-thought SOP in place to speed up the market response
* Execute CPI project findings and make further evaluation when implementations
* Make appropriate proposals on effectiveness and efficiency improvements
3. Improve the working system under different function
* Fully unitize the current system with appropriate interface
* Set up the linkage between Pfizer Nutri. and wholesalers systems to eliminate duplicate administration work
4. Policy and Procedure Excellence
*Work with Finance/ Legal to put right policy and procedure to support BU while following the corporate guidance
5. Identify business opportunities based on the analysis done per scorecard or performance

Qualification:
- Analytical Skills - Analytically strong, with ability to apply approaches to commercial issues
- Communication Skills - Strong communication skills, in written and verbal, in English and Chinese
- Interpersonal Skills - Able to foster excellent relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the company
- Acts independently and takes on challenges willingly
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office products - ability to work with large information database is required, knowledge of statistical packages is a plus
- Ability to move between the big picture and the detail
- Team player with good learning and proactive personality
- Sales& Operation planning/process improvement, Trade MKT, Trade Operation Excellence relevant experience preferred, consulting experience a plus
- Understands and apply change management principles
- Experience in multinational Pharmaceutical and / or FMCG companies a plus
- Project management experiences a plus
