Application Technologist-Savory
As an Savory Application Technologist in our Flavours Division, you will provide laboratory-scale samples and produc-tion/technical support to both internal and external users, responsible for project management and implementation.  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Prepare prototype and illustration samples for customers, implementation and maintenance of stability testing, and support scale-ups for commercialization
? Provide technical support to both internal and external users. Serve as technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, and customers for specific applications
? Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e. customer, regulatory, legislation, cost) and suggest improvements for the most common applications
? Manage multiple project tasks independently to support workgroup members and manager to meet business ob-jectives
? Good and timely communication with teams to work effectively
? Properly operate and maintain lab equipment, maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accord-ance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines

Professional profile includes:
? Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent
? at least 6-years’ experience in food industry
? Knowledge of food ingredients, formulations and processing (Instant noodle/savoury application experience is preferred)
? Creative with an acute sense of taste and smell
? Team player with a positive attitude and practical approach to problem solving
? Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
? Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, including documenting work accurately and timely into laboratory notebooks.
? Ability to effectively participate on customer projects including customer visits
? Ability to translate market trends into innovative products for selected customers
? Project management skills and the ability to successfully lead selected customer projects 举报 分享
