Responsibilities
? Execute lean end-to-end supply chains operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders to customers in the most cost efficient way.
? Ensure CM provide sufficient manufacturing capacity to meet production schedule with customer
demands.
? Understand business needs and work with CM to modify and/or develop supply chain processes to meet business needs.
? Work across functionally with engineering, quality, customer service and CM team to meet customers’ request ship date
? Managing costs database to ensure accurate monthly cost reduction reporting & competitive cost analysis.
? Support new business development activities and ensure CM provide sufficient resource and capacity to meet the needs.
? Establishing & developing cost reduction portfolio and ensure proper execution to meet company
goal.
? Developing Supplier Relationship Management plan, Risk Mitigation Plan and managing the CM
performance accordingly.
? Maintaining day-to-day working relationship with materials & contract manufacturers.
? Negotiates contracts with outside suppliers and/or contract manufacturers, and ensure the
company internal process compliance
? Insures all regulatory and compliance measurement are met within Company guidelines and local regulations.
