Job Responsibilities工作职责:
？ Concept design
？ Supplier follow up
？ Follow up equipment installation and project schedule;
？ Control the project schedule on the quality issue and problem solving;
？ Control the project expenses and budget.
？ Consult with equipments supplier and installation contractor to solve problems in the
process of installation and commissioning
？ Supervise and check the installation to accord with the specification request;
？ Define technical specification, Factory and Site Acceptance Tests
？ Make Process-FMEA and Risk Analysis for the project
？ Define and Control the project schedule on the quality issue and problem solving
？ Develop local suppliers
EHS：
？ Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
？ Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
？ Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
？ Follow Manage of Change (MOC) requirements to manage risks during design stage, equipment selection and line change or modification.
？ One specific EHS agreement should be signed for any construction contracts before project launching.
？ Ensure all equipment can apply for LOTO.
Job Requirements工作要求
？ Bachelor degree in the major of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
？ Normal in Offfice, Excellence in Microsoft project, Excellence of Auto CAD
？ Fluent English/ many relationship with international suppliers (Europe, US)
？ >5 years experience project management
？ Managing teams
？ Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process
？ Good capability of relationship
？ Motivate and team spirit
？ Able to assume risks
？ Very compromised with the results/goals
？ Able to manage hard situations
？ Dynamism and pro-activity
？ Analyze and solve problem
