Senior Consultant & Team Leader within a leading Nordic Executive Search firm in Shanghai

MPS is looking for a Senior Consultant / Team Leader to support our growth in China.

Main tasks
To develop and lead a team of consultants and researchers.
Perform delivery of executive search assignments whether developed alone or by other colleagues in the firm.
Monitor, guide and coach the team in executing multiple assignments at the same time.
Planning and allocating resources to achieve commonly agreed targets.
Key account management.
Interact with both clients and candidates from a variety of industries.

Experience
At least 10 years of work experience.
niversity degree
Chinese & English language skills
Previous experience from executive search or other consulting business is preferred.
Experience from international company environment is a significant benefit.
