工作职责：

1、 根据公司发展战略要求，对现有内外贸发运体系进行分析、规划，提出前瞻性方案；

2、 根据公司发展战略，协助物流分公司经理制定内贸运输战略规划，提出内贸运输解决方案。
3、 对现有内外贸发运制度与体系进行改进和完善，对发运流程与体系进行创新和再造，保障运行。

4、 负责建立健全内贸运输绩效评价体系和相关规章制度。

5、 负责接收内贸发运计划，及时调度车辆运力，确保轮胎及时发货。

6、 负责内部车辆调度，保障各部门人员外出工作及各生产基地物资需求。
7、 拓展现有运输渠道，整合运输资源，充分调动社会运力资源，保障内外贸发货计划的顺利完成。
8、 负责做好与内外贸部门、华安物流以及第三方物流公司的沟通协调工作，保证车辆及时发出。

任职资格：

1、男，40岁以下，运输（物流）管理类本科以上学历，8年以上运输管理相关工作经验。

2、熟悉了解本地运输资源，能够拓展运输渠道，整合并充分调动社会运力资源，有威海本地户口者优先。

3、熟悉国内汽运、海运及铁运业务，较好的沟通协调和良好的应用文写作能力能力。

4、熟练掌握计算机办公软件，并有物流专业软件（如GPS系统、WMS库存管理系统等）使用经验。
5、熟悉外贸集装箱运输及海运流程，较好的沟通协调能力。
