Position Title ：EHS Supervisor/Engineer 环境健康安全主管/工程师
Budgeted Department Name EHS
Reports To Title EHS Manager 环境健康安全经理
Position Purpose:
Support the implementation of EHS programs, ensure operations are running with full compliance and meet EHS requirements.
职位设置目的：
支持工厂EHS项目执行，确保JKT依法经营，符合环境健康安全要求。
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Interaction with EHS manager and all functions to ensure the compliance with the local governmental laws and regulations in EHS areas, and our customers’ requirements as well.
与EHS经理及所有部门协调，确保公司在EHS方面的工作符合国家相关法律法规和客户审核要求。
2. To assist EHS manager on the overall EHS work and activities in the company, to create excellent EHS culture and promotion of EHS concept in EEs’ mind through all possible ways or activities, including relevant EHS related routines and some specific modification programs for EHS continuous improvement.
协助EHS经理全面推动EHS相关工作和活动的开展落实，创建卓越的EHS文化并通过各种途径和形式提升全员EHS意识，包括具体负责和推动实施公司相关EHS的日常工作和相关的整改工作。
3. To assist EHS manager plan and organize internal & external EHS audits, to check, confirm and manage the company safety production, fire emergency, industrial hygiene, occupational disease, environmental protection, and etc. to identify, control and reduce potential accidents.
协助EHS经理计划并组织内外部EHS审核，检查、审核及管理公司安全生产、消防、工业卫生、职业安全、环境保护和控制等方面的状况，及时诊断、控制、处理事故隐患；
4. Participate in emergency handling and investigation; follow up corrective actions to make sure they are in place.
参与工伤事故、火灾事故，和其他意外和紧急事故的调查处理，并跟踪改进措施，保证改进措施的落实到位。
5. To report regularly EHS scorecard and KPI; Contact with IPETDD(International Port Economic Technology Development District) government EHS authorities and complete reports & permits applications to the government;
按时完成EHS记分卡及KPI汇报；与临港经济技术开发区消防、环保、安监等EHS相关政府主管部门保持良好联系，向各政府主管部门汇报并取得相关许可证或证书。
6. To provide assistance to related depts. on EHS system continuous improvement; To improve company documents, requirements and procedures on safety production, fire emergency, industrial engineering hygiene, occupational disease, environmental protection, and etc., to follow up and monitor its implementation status;
协助有关部门进行环境、健康&安全体系的推进工作；负责完善有关公司安全生产、消防、工业卫生、职业安全、环境保护和控制等方面的文件和程序，审查安全技术操作规程，并监督执行情况。
7. To assist EHS manager on employee health, to identify potential hazardous factors, and to take appropriate actions/methods to reduce the bad influence/effect; Be responsible for company labor protection articles supervision, to follow up and monitor its application/use status; Be responsible for employee personal occupational health management, following, and monitoring, to make sure compliance with legal requirements and company procedure requirements.
协助EHS经理在公司员工职业健康管理方面的工作，发现潜在职业危害，通过合理措施和手段，将职业危害降低到最小；负责全公司劳动防护用品的监督管理，并审查有关单位和个人使用劳保用品情况；负责员工职业健康管理，对存在职业危害的职位，根据相关要求，进行实时监督和跟踪，确保符合相关法律法规和公司程序的要求。
8. Plan and organize regular EHS training to employees, to improve employee’s awareness on self-protection, to reduce occupational injuries and diseases.
计划和组织定期的EHS相关的培训和作业指导，建立起员工自身的防护意识，降低工伤和职业病的发生几率。
9. To assist EHS manager on training and practice of safety production, firefighting, first aid, etc.; provide on-site guide, to point out, correct, and prevent operations that violates standard requirements/process; assist the annual emergency drill planning and implementation.
协助EHS经理负责对全公司员工关于安全生产、消防培训和演习，急救培训和演习；提供现场指导，及时指出、纠正、处理员工违章操作事件；协助策划公司年度应急演练预案，并贯彻落实。
10. Provide support to special equipment & firefighting facilities management; make sure that the operators are certified to perform。
对公司特种设备和消防设施管理提供支持，对从事特殊岗位的人员，进行操作资格的监督和审核。
11. Provide professional advice and continuous improvement on environmental protection; to identify potential hazardous environmental factors, control and reduce its bad influence; Provide guide and training to employees to prevent potential accidents. To monitor and control hazardous waste, to make sure that they are handled and recycled in a proper way.
协助进行环境改善工作; 对公司存在的潜在环境危害因素进行辨别，合理控制和改善其环境危害；指导和培训员工，减少因化学品使用不当造成的人身伤害事故；对公司危险废弃物和固体废弃物处置进行监督和控制，保证废弃物得到妥善及合理的处置。
12. Other jobs or responsibilities assigned by direct leaders.
及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background, environment or safety engineering preferred;
工程类本科学历，优先考虑环境或安全工程相关专业；
2. At least 3 years EHS work experience in foreign-funded enterprise;
至少3年外资企业EHS工作经验；
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin;
良好的英语书写和口语能力；
4. Good interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通能力；
5. Self-motivation and team work spirit;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background, environment or safety engineering preferred;
