职位描述
Position Purpose 职位设置目的
监督原料仓库日常管理，确保接收和库存的所有进料数量正确，从而确保原料仓库存的准确性。
Supervise the daily operation of the raw material warehouse by ensuring that receiving and stocking of all incoming raw materials are accurate in quantity. Ensure the accuracy of raw material stocks
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1、负责原材料的出入库管理
Manage the process in which materials are placed into storage and removed from storage.
2、监督原材料的准备工作，确保发往生产部门的原料数量和品种正确，为客户生产高质量产品。
Supervise the preparation of raw materials by ensuring that the correct quantity and product are being issued to the Production Department in order to produce quality goods for the customers.
3、通过经常检查，管理好原材料库存水平，当达到最低水平时，通知采购部门补充库存，确保它们的可用性。
Monitor raw material stock level by constantly checking when they reach minimum level so as to inform the Purchasing Department to replenish stock and ensure their availability.
4、监控原料仓的安全性和清洁度，确保员工严格遵行安全规章制度，养成良好的操作行为确保安全洁净的工作氛围。
Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the raw material warehouse by ensuring that staff adheres strictly to safety rules and regulations and practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean working
5、负责原材料的技术测试和质量检验管理。
Responsible for technical test and quality test management of raw materials.
6、依据来料检验，监督原材料的接收，检验和相关程序。
Will supervise the receipt, inspection, and procedural actions of raw materials based on IQC.
7、负责部门的日常管理工作
Responsible for daily administration in the department.
Qualifications 职位要求
?专科以上学历，3年以上仓库管理工作经验，2年主管经验
College or above; minimum 3 years experiences in managing warehouse and 2 years superior role experience.
?熟悉生产流程，了解仓库/IQC管理原则和相关流程
Familiar with production process, warehouse/IQC management principles and process.
?熟练应用计算机，特别是微软办公软件
Familiar with computer software, especially Windows and Microsoft software
?良好的沟通能力，独立，有上进心和责任心
Good communication ability, independent, conscientious, continuous improvement mindset
?具有良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作精神
Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit
?具备ERP/MRP系统和运营经验。
Experience with ERP / MRP systems and operations a must.
