主要职责：

按照国家财税法规和内外部监管要求，搭建适宜的财务核算与管理体系，夯实财务管理的基础工作，强化财务管理、资产管理和政策研究，合理进行财务筹划和纳税筹划。

1、 根据公司发展需要不断完善财务管理体系，包括组织、人员、政策、制度、流程、标准、模型、系统。

2、 规范各项会计核算和财务管理工作，对各项财务要素的真实性、合法性进行监督把关，保证核算数据和财务指标的及时性、准确性、完整性、明晰性和符合性。

3、 定期组织财务分析，及时发现公司运营和财务管理方面存在的问题，提出建设性、有价值的合理化建议和意见，积极推动问题得以解决。

4、 做好资产的监管工作，促进各级资产管理部门完善资产管理，保证各项资产安全完整，加速资金周转。

5、 充分利用国家财政和税收方面的优惠政策，合理进行财务筹划和纳税筹划，提高经济效益，防范财务风险。

6、 制订方案，定期对股份公司及下属各子（分）公司的财务工作进行监督、检查和业务指导，保证各级财务工作安全运行，避免出现财务安全事故。

任职资格：

1、 全面了解会计、税务、财务管理、经济、法律、审计等方面的法律法规和相关知识，精通会计核算、合并财务报表、财务管理、内部控制和风险管理。

2、 具有10年以上财务工作经验或会计师事务所审计工作经验；具有5年以上大中型制造企业财务工作或大中型制造企业外部审计工作经验；3年以上相近岗位的财务管理工作经验或项目经理以上的外部审计工作经验。条件优秀的可以适当放宽。

3、 思路清晰，善于思考、分析、总结，具备优秀的公文和制度方面的写作能力和表达能力。

4、 执行力强，工作扎实，具备良好的组织、沟通、协调能力，富有凝聚力。

5、 熟练操作ERP等财务系统和办公软件（EXCEL/WORD/PPT等）。

6、 英语六级以上、有注册会计师或注册税务师资格的优先。
