Accountabilities:主要职责
Communicate with oversea affiliated companies in the order process.
在订单履行过程中与海外关联公司紧密沟通。
1. Review and work closely with accounting and factory bi weekly to meet the monthly sales target.
每两周与财务部和工厂一起合作回顾每月的销售目标。
2. Ensure the product is developed in accordance with budget guidelines.
确保产品开发符合预算准则。
3. Process and communicate orders,shipments and expected delivery dates with both the factory & customer.
分别与工厂和客户跟进和沟通订单和船期和预期交付日。
4. Work closely with the factory on overall production planning from design spec to finished product and maintain the expected delivery date.
与工厂合作跟进整个生产计划从设计规格到成品出货来确保交货期。
5. Responsible for product schedules (including product buyoff and delivery)
负责产品计划（包括产品购买和交付）。
6. Provide all concumication for delivery of products to customers.
向客户按时交付产品。
7. Communicate with factory and logistic for shipment delivery request.
与工厂和物流部沟通船期交付。
8. Collect customer comments and feedback and take the necessary actions needed.
收集客户评价和反馈，如有需要实施跟进措施。
9. Handle customers’ / factory inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.
及时处理客户/工厂咨询，需求和投诉。
10. Any ad-hoc projects assigned
其他安排的临时项目。
Qualifications:职位要求
1 Bachelor Degree or above in foreign trade, business or related field.
本科或以上学历,国际贸易，商科或其他相关专业
2 Excellent and fluent command of spoken and written English
良好的英语口语和书写能力
3 Proficient with computer skills.
熟练使用计算机.
4 Ability to work well in a team environment and cross functionally.
有团队合作精神，能够承担多项任务。
5 Minimum of three years experience.
至少三年工作经验
6 Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
7 Responsible, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
负责任，关注细节并能在压力下工作。
