Position Purpose:职位设置目的
Supervises all aspects of Engineering Services group, to include but not limited to, coordination of engineering activities, continuous improvement, determining staffing requirements, mentoring employees, and evaluating operational effectiveness.

Accountabilities:主要职责
1. Coordinates and supports projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
协调并支持项目，制定详细计划，实现目标，指导进行技术活动的整合。
2. Manages East programming for graphics applications.
管理东部规划，以供制图应用。
3. Directs, reviews, and approves product design and changes using ECN process.
运用工程修改说明工艺，指导，审查并批准生产设计和变更。
4. Manages tooling schedule for all categories and brands.
管理所有品种和品牌的加工时间表。
5. Performs administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing company policies, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or use of outside services based on spending requirements and delivery time lines.
履行行政职责，例如审查和填写报告，批准费用，执行公司政策，决定原料购买事宜，根据费用要求和交货时间使用外部服务。
6. Confers with management and other departments to discuss project specifications and procedures.
与管理层和其他部门协商，讨论项目说明书和程序。
7. Administers documents and system access rights and revision control to comply with management configuration policies in order to guarantee the integrity of the master documents.
管理文件，系统权限以及修订控制，遵循管理结构政策，保存主控文档。
8. Assists in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.
协助确定文档管理政策，确保有效，合法并安全地使用电子内容。
9. Create QC documents generated from design files.
运用设计资料，创建质量控制文件。
10. Manages tooling inventory and repair for both injection and compression molding processes.
管理用于注射和压缩模塑工艺的工具库存，并负责维修。
11. Establishes and implements short term and long term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
确立并实施短期和长期的组织目标，政策以及运营程序。
12. Monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness.
监管并评估运营效率。
13. Leads department toward common goals and values in line with the vision of the company.

14. Works with Facilities and maintenance team to establish tool and die program for all production departments.

Qualifications:职位要求
？ BS Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field
本科学历，机械工程或其他相关专业的优先考虑。
？ Associate’s degree with equivalent design and tooling experience is acceptable.
大专学历，具备丰富设计和工具经验的也可考虑。
？ 5+ years’ experience working in a machine or tool shop.
5年以上机器或工具车间的工作经验。
？ Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, and applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment for the design and production of various products.
具备工程知识和技术的实际应用能力，能够运用原理，技术，程序以及设备进行各种产品的设计和生产。
？ Strong creativity and problem solving ability to search technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions.
有创造力，能够发现技术问题，提出创新性的解决方案，从而解决问题。
？ Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
