Principal Accountabilities主要职责
? Provide front desk reception services, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
提供前台接待服务，包括访客接待和以专业和礼貌方式接听电话
? Answers multiple line phone system handling incoming calls, determines the nature of the call, directing callers to the correct individual and presents a professional image of the company.
应答电话系统来电，确认来电性质，转接电话至正确的被访者，并表现出公司的专业形象。
? Manage reception area, shared areasand conference rooms in a tidy manner
管理前台，公共区域和会议室等区域的整洁
? Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
管理访客的进入和维持安全意识
? Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier delivery
收发来往邮件和传递等
? Coordinate the repair of office equipment and other office administration duties

? Provide administrative support as required such as filing, typing, scanning, faxing and binding documents

? Provide assistance in travel arrangements or car arrangement

Qualifications职位要求
? Technical school degree or above, with at least 1 year relevant working experience
中专以上学历，1年或以上相关工作经验
? Familiar with Microsoft Office

? Good telephone manner and communication skills

? Good written and spoken English is required

Tang Rui Investment Consultancy (Weihai) Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of China Solutions registered in Weihai in 2012. One of the projects we are working in Weihai now is long term management outsourcing for a US Fortune 500 company Greenfield startup forecasted to put into production end of 2013 with a total land space of 100,000 square meters. We are now seeking to hire approximately 100 management and professional staff covering the varied disciplines of production, engineering, quality, purchasing, material, logistics, finance, HR, EHS, facilities, and administration. We also look to hire approximately 1,100 production staff and workers. Upon completion, this plant will be the largest manufacturing base of the industry.
