Position Purpose 职位设置目的
该岗位负责管理成品出货的质量检验工作，维护公司的整体质量体系标准。按照公司的相关程序及检验标准，进行最终的成品检验；填写检验报告并负责对不合格品进行分析处理，确保产品的质量控制。
This position is responsible for shipment inspection for quality of finished product and maintaining overall quality system standard. Conduct finished product inspection according to relevant procedures and standards. Draw up inspection report, analyze and deal with nonconforming products to ensure quality control.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1、 负责整个FQC的管理和监督，确保产品质量控制
Responsible for the management and supervision of FQC to ensure product quality control.
2、 根据生产计划制定检验计划，并按照标准程序和方法负责成品的检验；
Draw up inspection plan according to production plan; inspect finished products according to standard procedures and methods.
3、 开发并推荐产品和原材料的测试程序。
Develop and recommend test procedures for products and raw materials.
4、 遵守并分析测试信息，确定设备工艺的运行效率，发现故障。
Comply and analyze test information to determine operating efficiency of process of equipment and to diagnose malfunctions.
5、 完成成品检验报告，并提供产品生产的改善建议；
Prepare finish inspection report and provide suggestions for production improvement
6、 对检验异常的处理，异常报告单以及异常品的改善追踪；
Deal with abnormities in inspection, improve and chase abnormal reports and products.
7、 与生产管理人员一起，迅速发现问题，并提出改正措施。
Work with production management and make sure that issues and corrective actions are addressed immediately.
8、 质量统计分析，完成质量统计分析报表；
Responsible for quality statistical analysis and draft quality statistical analysis reports.
9、 负责成品质量管理设备和设施的日常管理，包括运转，维护和校准；
Daily management of equipment and facility used in the FQC process including running, maintaining and calibration.
10、 部门员工的日常管理和培训；
Daily management and training of team members
11、 领导安排的其他工作。
Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications 职位要求
？ 大专以上学历或技校，三年以上大型制造业QC主管工作经验；
Junior college degree or technical, at least three years working experience of QC supervision in large-sized manufacturing enterprise.
？ 熟悉ISO9001质量管理系统，了解QC七大手法；
Familiar with ISO9001 quality control system, knowledge of seven methods of quality control.
？ 良好的组织管理和沟通协调能力；
Good leadership and communication ability.
？ 良好的办公软件操作能力，了解ERP系统；
Proficient in office software, knowledge of ERP.
？ 具有团队合作精神，善于处理冲突；
Team work spirit, ability to handle conflicts.
？ 思维敏捷，具有良好的质量意识和应变能力；
Quick response, quality awareness.
？ 良好的沟通和表达能力；
Good communication ability.
