岗位职责：

1、根据集团公司的信息化总体战略，结合所任职公司的实际状况，组织制定子分公司信息化规划方案与管理运行制度等，逐步推进任职公司的信息化建设；

2、根据所任职公司的生产运营等需要，负责组织开展所任职公司的信息化建设、完善与升级工作与相关项目；

3、负责维护并升级改造公司内现有的软硬件设施，做好各类系统、软件、程序与计算机硬件设施等的维护保养工作；

4、协调部门内外的工作协调与沟通，为各业务部门提供计算机及信息处理等方面的技术服务支持；

5、负责指导部门相关技术人员开展工作，不断技术创新，做好员工培训培养、继任计划等，打造符合公司发展的信息化团队。

任职标准：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或信息管理等相关专业；

2、具备相关岗位从业资格证书，7年以上大型制造业企业计算机或信息化管理从业经验，3年管理团队或带领项目经验；

3、工作态度端正，吃苦耐劳，为人正直，责任心强，具备很强的组织性和纪律性；

4、具有较强的学习能力与创新精神，具备较强的管理沟通与协调能力，有良好的团队合作意识；

5、认同公司的经营理念和企业文化，有勤奋、敬业、积极乐观、主动进取的职业素养。
