Position Purpose:职位设置目的
Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated system for managing industrial production processes including, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination.
设计，开发，测试并评估整体系统，用于管理工业生产流程，包括质量管理，库存控制，物流和原料周转，成本分析以及生产协调。
Accountabilities:主要职责
1. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
运用统计学方法，进行演算，以确定生产工艺，员工要求以及生产标准。
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and present to management
通过数据分析，发现实现成本节约的机会，并报告给管理层。
3. Ability to identify and communicate project risk and/or issues to management as needed
能够发现项目风险和问题，并报告给管理层。
4. Designs management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis
设计管理控制系统，以辅助财务计划和成本分析。
5. Estimate production costs, cost saving methods and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action and control
预计生产成本，成本节约方法以及生产设计变更对支出造成的影响，以供管理层审查，采取行动和控制。
6. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer.
设计设备，原料以及工作空间布局，利用设计工具和计算机，实现效率最大化。
7. Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
协调质量管理目标和活动，以解决生产问题，提高产品可靠性，降低成本。
8. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flowcharts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
分析劳动力利用，设备布局以及运营数据，例如生产成本，工艺流程图以及生产时间表，以确保工人以及设备的有效利用。
9. Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
制定抽样程序和设计，开发表格和操作指南，用于记录，评估并报告质量和可靠性数据。
10. Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.

11. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

12. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.

Qualifications:职位要求
？ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
本科学历，机械或工业工程专业的优先考虑。
？ 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
1到3年的制造业工作经验。
？ Good computer skills, proficient in MS office software and CAD program.
优秀的计算机操作能力，熟练使用微软办公软件以及CAD程序。
？ Ability to prioritize effectively,
