Position Title Sourcing Manager 采购经理

Position Purpose 职位设置目的
Assist Director of Operation to develop the company's overall procurement strategy, responsible for implementing the procurement plan and strategy under the SOP. Unified management of all suppliers and assisting companies search, create and develop outsourcing service providers in order to reduce material procurement costs, risks, and shorten the procurement lead time, conducting market research and analysis of information systems to ensure that the goods quality and price of procurement. Provide accurate data to help the financial profit forecast, consolidating various rules and regulations established for the company's R & D and production departments tailored supply chain, procurement services, logistics and other sectors to meet together to complete the supply chain efficient service.
协助运营总监，开发公司的整体采购策略，依据标准作业程序，实施采购计划和策略。统一管理全部供应商，协助公司寻找，创建并开发外包服务提供商，以减少原料采购成本和风险，并缩短采购周期。进行市场调查，分析信息系统，以确保货物质量和采购价格。提供准确的数据，以协助进行利润预测。统筹协调公司研究与开发规则和规定，依据生产部门情况制定的供应链，采购服务，物流以及其他相关部门，以确保有效的供应链服务。

1. Define sourcing and procurement strategy and plan;

3. Implement sourcing strategy and take related sourcing activities;

4. Evaluate and develop suppliers’ performance in a systematic way;
系统评估并发展供应商业绩
5. Manage contracts and claims, coordinate change orders;
管理合同和索赔，协调变更订单
6. Achieve cost reduction target;
实现降低成本目标
7. Ensure procurement work process in accordance with the quality, environment, safety & corporate compliance regulations;
确保采购工作流程符合质量，环境和安全要求和以及公司管理条例
8. Follow up payments.
追踪付款去向
9. Management staff, to provide supervision and guidance
管理部门员工，提供监督和指导。
Qualifications 职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or supply chain management;
本科或以上学历,工程或供应链管理专业
2. +8 years above experience, with +5 years above sourcing experience in multinational manufacturing company; with +2 years above management experience
8年以上工作经验,在跨国制造企业有5年以上采购工作经验,2年以上管理经验
3. With project based experience;
具备相关项目经验
4. Has knowledge in international trade, business law and so on;
具备国际贸易，商务法律等方面的知识
5. Strong communication and coordination ability ;
较强沟通以及组织协调能力
6. Good spoken and written English
良好的英语口语和写作能力
7. Excellent integrity
