MISSION (scope):
The engineering trainee is responsible for some engineering work of the projects in Rizhao and also some in Weihai depending on the arrangement, and also other tasks according to the arrangements.

The engineering trainee is part of the China RED team and reports to the engineering manager.

RESULT AREAS/ PERMANENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Work on some mechanical or electrical drawings according to the project requirements.
2) Learn the process in the plants and make possible improvements proposal and also follow up.
3) Some technical documents translation and modification between English and Chinese according to the arrangement.
4) Some projects following up according to the arrangement.
5) Other related tasks according to the arrangement.

Performance KPI’s:
Drawings/designs delivery in time
Good improvements proposals and implements.
Documents translation/modification on time.
Projects followed on time.

Education and number of years experience
University level, minimum bachelor

Languages Mandarin native
Good English at read, write, listen and speak.
Technical Background
Mechanical or Electrical engineering (rather generalist).
