-Key tasks:
? Do daily QC on site jobs and cooperate with production to control and ensure good production quality.
? Establish, implement and maintain quality management system which is able to monitor production process stability and to inform early on any deviations.
? Cooperate with Belgium QC to ensure the unifying of QC system and policies.
? Set up a calibration plan and manage calibration of process-relevant measuring equipment.
? Set up, measure and report quality related KPI’s to plant general manager.
? Develop and implement a quality-manual that describes all important processes in the company.
? Also train, motivate and steer production teams to ensure the above tasks.
? Manage non-compliant goods throughout the whole process-chain.
? Set up a system for initial checking and release of new products based on the results from FMEA-analysis.
? Regularly audit internal processes and together with the other departments to make and enforce improvement plans to eliminate detected deficiencies.

-Additional tasks
? Develop partnership with customer and enhance the understanding between BTTW and customers, and timely communicate the requirements of the customers throughout the whole organization.
? Manage customer audits and assure that audits deficiencies are solved and requirements are followed.
? Manage customer claims and initiate and coordinate corrective action.
? Train and coach staff from other departments in quality assurance systems.
? Set up and coach multidisciplinary teams for process risk analysis(FMEA) and organize and moderate continuous improvement processes (second stage)
? Keep informed about new evolutions in quality management systems

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree
? 3+ years manufacturing quality management working experience, and experience with ISO is preferred
? Good consciousness of quality, customer and safety.
? Be able to build new organization structures.
? Good leadership and motivation skills.
? Good organization and communication skills.
? Self-management and development abilities.
? Good abilities of problem analysis and solving.
? Ability to work in a structured way and under stressful conditions
