职位描述
JOB SCOPE
Oversees the operation of Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Shipping and Customs , to be responsible for on time delivery, inventory control , customer order lead time reduction ,cost reduction and efficiency improvement etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
-Evaluate, plan, schedule and prioritize long-term and short-term production across all process, considering production capabilities and materials availability;
-Release production orders;
-Monitor inventory levels to ensure the proper turn rate is maintained;
-Maintain warehouse inventory levels in line with budget lead time;
-Provide the input of purchasing orders for materials and components with a short lead time;
-Monitor and continuously improve supplier's delivery and quality of performance;
-Optimize order management process to ensure effective communication with suppliers;
-Address and resolve recurring or critical issues taking initiative for corrective actions
-Provide feedback on suppliers' performance;
-Minimize material freight expenses by optimizing the inbound logistics and material handling.
QUALIFICATIONS
-10 years or above experience in multinational company, responsible for production planning, scheduling , purchasing and logistics planning is needed, with 5 years or above in managerial position;
-Good knowledge of operations processes, terminology, and ordering issues is necessary;
-Knowledge of Warehouse management, Customs, logistics and material handling is needed;
-Department budget management is needed;
-Good analysis skills are recommended;
-Excellent planning and priority setting skills is needed;
-Ability to manage multiple tasks independently along with solid problem solving skills is needed;
-Knowledge of plants' capabilities and materials handling is highly recommended;
-Ability to plan materials and service procurement requirements;
-Knowledge of most important IT tools, especially excel is needed;
-Knowledge of ERP warehouse management is appreciated;
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing approach is appreciated;
-Solid financial skills, including the ability to analyze data and determine cause and effect is needed;
-Fluent in both oral and written English.
