We currently have a vacancy for the role of QC Manager at our Head Office in Weihai Shandong. The QC Manager will be responsible for leading a team of QCs and report to the Department Manager.

本公司威海本部有一个质检经理的空缺。主要负责领导质检团队，并对部门经理负责。

The QC Manager will be based in Weihai, Shandong Province in close proximity to the merchandising teams. He-she will travel regularly to visit factories for inspection and production meetings.

山东威海，和业务团队一起。需经常出差去不同工厂验货和参加产前会。

Responsibilities:

职责：

-- Build and expand the QC Team

-- Grow the production and quality experience in the QC team, merchandising team and in the factories

-- Define clear quality standards and procedures for each buyer

-- Plan weekly inspections

-- Hands-on problem solving in the factories for key clients

Profile:

要求

At least 12 years experience in Production, QC or Garment Technician work area

至少12年在一线，质检或者样板制作领域工作经验

Know-how on how to follow international quality standards like AQL and adhere to professional inspection reports

知道如何达到相关国际质量标准，如AQL,并出具专业检验报告

Organized and ability to lead a team

组织和领导团队

Focus on problem-solving and hands-on attitude in the factories

能在工厂能进行实践并积极解决问题

Willing to travel and visit factories

愿意出差去不同工厂

Strong preference for English reading, writing and speaking , but not a must

良好的英语水平者优先

Preference for candidates with OUTERWEAR and TAILORING background for high-quality buyers
