2、负责指导样衣工制作样衣
3、负责解决版型与工艺质量问题
4、负责做好生产款式的推档工作
5、负责参与生产过程的质量控制工作
任职资格
1、服装设计、美术、计算机等相关专业中等和以上学历
2、3年以上制版相关经验，会使用格博软件
3、熟悉常用的计算机服装设计、制图软件


TECHNICIAN

Job vacancy:

We currently have a vacancy for the role of GARMENT TECHNICIAN at our Head Office in Weihai Shandong. The garment technician will be responsible for setting highest technical standards in sample making and ensuring that they are followed by the sample room.

Location:

The Garment Technician will be based in Weihai, Shandong Province in close proximity to the merchandising teams.

Responsibilities:

-- Improve and manage quality standards in sample making
-- Train sample room staff and merchandisers to improve quality and fitting
-- Inform the QC Manager and merchandiser of critical quality issues during Pre-Production meeting
-- Solve pattern problems related to fitting
-- Identify key workmanship issues and act if needed to improve them

Profile:

At least 10 years experience in Production, QC or Garment Technician work area

Organized and ability to lead a team in the sample room

Focus on problem-solving and hands-on attitude

Strong preference for English reading, writing and speaking , but not a must

Strong preference for candidates with high quality tailoring (blazers) background for European buyers
