行政占比60%船务占比20%财务占比20%

1.     Responsible for reception of visitors and general inquiries.负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见

2.     Employee attendance management.负责公司员工每月的考勤统计

3.     Responsible for the HR recruitment, on-board and resigning process of the employees.人事行政管理及人员招聘、入离职手续办理

4.     Deal with social insurance, industrial and commercial registration, annual audit and etc.负责办理社保、工商登记、年审变更等具体工作，督办，起草有关文稿

5.     Meeting arrangement, information & rules transmission.处理行政事务，组织会议，发放通知、规定及公司制度

6.     Responsible for the flight ticket, hotel booking and some other traveling preparations.安排飞机酒店的预订

7.     Check office expense and reimbursement form and arrange the payments. 负责办公室费用支出，核对报销表，安排费用支出的相关出纳工作

8.     Issuing Purchase Orders to vendors. 根据客户PO，制作PO合同给工厂

9.     Handling full set of shipping documents including packing list, commercial invoice and etc & Back up Shipping team booking spec. .协助船务部制作清关文件, 必要时需支援订舱事宜。

10.  Assists the leadership work协助上级工作

岗位要求

1.     At least 3 years experiences in administrative & Shipping ， accounting experiences are the best .三年以上的必要行政和船务工作经验,有财务工作优先。

2.     Familiar with computer operation, MS Excel, Word and etc.熟练掌握办公室软件，excel 及word的操作，熟练使用因特网，电子邮件及文件网络上传功能

3.     Must be careful and hard-working, with good communication skill, teamwork spirit as well as sense of responsibility.必须认真和勤奋,良好的沟通技巧,团队合作精神以及责任感

4.     Monitor work independently and flexibly.具备独立工作能力和灵活性

5.     college degree or above, must be able to communicate in English fluently in both written and verbal.大专以上学历,必须能够用流利的英语书面和口头交流，6级英文以上***。
