Job Description
* Manage research activities in molecular dermatology
* Develop new diagnostic assays for hair and skin diseases
* Conduct and manage clinical studies for new drugs
* Write scientific papers
* Proficient speaker in medical and scientific conferences
* Develop and design new products
* Report to US management weekly

Job Requirements
* PhD in molecular biology or related field or MD in Dermatology
* English and Chinese speaker
* Created an exceptional and original work for his/her PhD/MD
* At least 5 published papers
* At least 3 scientific/medical talks
* At least 2 posters
* Ability to travel
