HP’s printing business unit is a core pillar in the HP product offering. We make the world’s best printers & printer supplies and the world’s best personal computing systems. E-commerce plays a key role to drive our business scope in the large and dynamic China market. HP’s eStore on key etailor platform like JD and Tmall are essential marketplace to directly build our best customer online experience with HP printing products and services. This role should have strong understanding on China E-commerce marketing environment, such as JD.com, Tmall, Suning, Amazon, etc. A successful candidate should be incredibly passionate about the digital/e-commerce space, know how to operate an online campaign and drive high-quality traffic to our online stores. Knowledge in web design, e-CRM, e-commerce social, RTB, DMP and data analytics preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Lead E-commerce campaign management, including planning, execution and measurement of e-commerce marketing programs and technologies to reach online customers

· Develop and optimize customer experience strategy at HP online stores, such as developing and driving online content strategies, landing pages or websites.

· Work closely with marcom and sales teams to engage with customers

· Manage and direct assigned agencies or contractors as needed

· Manage program budgets as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

· BA or BS degree. Preferred major in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.

· Expertise and knowledge in China e-commerce environment and digital marketing

· 3+ years of related experience in e-commerce marketing, online shop management

· Prefer candidates form Ali, JD, e-commerce agencies or in-house marketing

Knowledge and Skills:

· Excellence in communication, logical thinking, organization and program management skills

· Solid data analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting, etc.)

· Solid knowledge of Internet principles and web site production

· Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results

· Fast learner and marketing innovator

· English speaking and writing
