职位描述：
人事主管 Superwisor of HR

岗位职责：Responsibilities

1、To coach the administration trainning&recruitment plan according to the strategic development of enterprise.

2、Responsible for new staff training、recruitment and performance appraisal；Salary calculation, welfare payment。

3、Responsible for improvement and development of main duties, report to the General Manager in a timely manner; report to General Manager regularly.


任职要求：1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、30-40 years old;

3、3 + years experience in human resources in large enterprise；

4、Specially in professional performance appraisal and staff training、recruitment;

4、good communication skills.

5、Proficient in OFFICE software.

其他技能及要求：

1、Familiar with HR law and regulation of state and region。

2、Strong ability of analysis, problem solved skill, clear thinking and to consider issue carefully。

3、Certificate of senior HR division or psychologist。
