职位描述

Key Responsibilities
HRIS data key in
? HR module: New hire/Termination/Rehire/Job change/Salary change/Active change/Personnel information change
? Payroll module: Basic salary/Salary adjustment/OT/Bonus/Allowance/Leave deduction/Others
? Leave module: Annual leave/Bereavement leave/Marriage leave/Maternity leave/Sick Leave/Other leave

Monthly payroll data summary
? Collect time and attendence sheets/incentive sheets/overtime sheets from area managers
? Summary attendance record in one report
? Confirm all data with BHR
? Send report to Fesco for payroll calculation

Weekly log sheet prepare
? Record all data key in record in log sheet and send to surpervisor
? Send name list for personal data forms to Fesco

Print and Filing
? Print all T&A sheets and filing monthly
? Print all documents(staff return forms/personal data forms/ e-mail/adho) which is related to data key in and filing weekly

Service Delivery
? Deliver payroll slip to employees and let them sign off each month
Express employee pruchase cards to stores twice a month

Education, Experience, and Qualifications


? Proactive and “can-do” attitude
? Quick adopting / learning ability
? Hands-on and detail focus
? Willingness to handle day to day jobs / issues
? Customer oriented and inter-personal communication skills
? Sense of urgency / work under pressure
? Good at teamwork
? Sense of confidentiality
? Good at both spoken/written English/Mandarin
? Good at PC skill including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
