ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage and facilitate new store processes including creation of project plans, communication to key stakeholders, development of operations procedures, assessment and recommendations to leadership.
? Maintain end-to-end store processes and documentation for each new store
? Facilitate pre-opening conference calls and visits with Field and HQ business partners
? Drive resolution on outstanding issues
? Work with Construction, Store Design, RE Finance, as well as many other business partners to manage field-impacting events.
? Coordinate key operational milestones.
? Conduct conference calls and manage tools and resources to support field readiness.
? Manage store requests and troubleshoot in-the-moment issues as necessary.
? Own and drive implementation of special projects that impact the field team.
? Create strong partnerships with field, cross-functional partners and other HQ business partners to effectively support individual and company initiatives.
? Identify, design and successfully implement new tools and processes that support field objectives and drive results. Evaluate impact to the business; validate ROI with Finance/Strategy.
? Responsible for follow up on field issues in relation to new store opening. Closely partner with upper field and BP to develop creative solutions that will minimize store issues.
? Proactively work with HQ BP’s and field to identify areas of opportunity to revise current processes and procedures to streamline workload and reduce expenditures.
? Participate in cross-divisional approach and decision-making projects.
? Create, own and manage project plans from design to implementation to maintenance.
? Conduct presentations of individual projects or initiatives to leadership and cross functional business partners as needed
? Manage and set up the process and standard to the vendors or suppliers related to new store opening.
? Other Operations assignments delegated by Manager. This may or may not include those related to the Growth Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Able to travel up to 75% of the time.
? Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically and determine impact of decisions on the business.
? Strong ability to multi-task, follow up and manage competing priorities.? Demonstrated ability in successfully building partnerships with other BPs to influence and drive results.
? Strong customer focus. Anticipate customer needs and take action to meet them: continually search for ways to increase customer satisfaction and improve processes.
? Must have demonstrated ability to manage projects from creation to implementation to maintenance.
? Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing needs of the business.
? Proficient knowledge of new store opening process.
? Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently with minimal direction.
? Strong project management and problem-solving skills required.
? Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
2) Minimum educational level:
? University degree in business or related field preferred.
3) Minimum experience:
? Minimum 3 years retail field experience in a management capacity required.
