RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ China Ecomm IT experiences operating Ecomm end-to-end platforms and with e-marketplaces in China
• Proven experience being solution architect on Web or Mobile App solution, especially for eCommerce purpose, functionalities,
• In-depth understanding of design patterns and hands-on experiences on coding languages
• Familiar with development of technology and norm of various e-commerce platforms
• Minimum 3 year’s team management and project management experience.
• Retail industry experience in Apparel is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements：

• Problem solving and decision making skills. This role provides leadership for solving technical issues in Ecomm and relevant parties along with organizational IT issues. It is a point of escalation for business and 3^rd party vendor.
• Proven skills on Linux, windows, Java, python, javascript/css, mssql, mysql, mongodb, kylin, Hadoop, data modeling
• Drive for results: be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
• Passionate about online business and sensitive to current E-Commerce trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal communication and influencing skills
• Organized, self-starter and able to work under pressure

Minimum educational level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Ecommerce or Business related.
