GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provide active support in assortment maintenance in merchant systems, and other clerical tasks; Work closely with the China Merchandise team to ensure seamless updates of all assortment information. Work with product, but do not assort or pick the actual product.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data Entry (70%)
? Maintain updates in Item Master, ACT and RMS tools to ensure merchant's assortment information is accurate: season codes, flow, retails, units, and color.

2. Managing Samples (20%)
? Keep samples organized and up to date for use in merchant presentations.
? Unpack, hang and check in seasonal samples.

3. Clerical support (10%)
? Download updated reports.
? Help merchants with seasonal projects.

CN Merchants, CN Production, CN Visual; Receptionist.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Detailed oriented, fast paced, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility
? Excellent typing skills and well-verse in Microsoft Office
? Must be comfortable in Excel and Power Point
? Good written communication skills

2) Minimum educational level:
? College level

3) Minimum experience:
? 2 years clerical experience
? Fresh Graduates will also be considered
