Purchasing Transaction Assistant Manager

Purpose / Mission
? Standardize the operation workflow for ordering of Retail Supply categories, drive superior execution on daily operation and retail spend, seek continuous improvement opportunities to drive great partnership with business stakeholder through system development and integration, workflow reengineering and communication reinforcement

Accountabilities

Planning
? Seek opportunities in operation workflow redesign and standardize operation lead-time internally
? Conduct system enhancements and integration to improve operation productivity and efficiency
? Enhance the transparency of Retail Supply ordering status tracking (Store Opening Initiation to Payment Releasing)

Financial
? Conduct data collection and analysis for Retail Supply spend
? Ensure regular tracking of transactional data and generate report in a systematic way (e.g. Missing and Damage Report, Vendor Performance KPI)

System and Operation
? Leading and managing order operation team to ensure smooth daily operation work, ensure Non-trade product arrive to store with ensured quantity in timely manner. Responsible for following up with missing and damage cases.
? Conduct daily tracking of the approval status for relevant purchasing requests
? Conduct operation on global ordering system (RSP)
? Communication with business stakeholders on key store opening projects to ensure store on-time opening
? Supporting Trade Meeting onsite set-up and ensure smooth process in order request collection through cross function communication and vendor communication ahead
? Establishing and maintaining relationship with key customers

People Management
? Assist Senior Manager Purchasing on team management to ensure transaction excellence and setup vision and goals

Training
? Conduct store operation training for new comers in store-transaction
? Provide on-board training for new vendors (system introduction, performance measurement, etc.)

Requirements
? Minimum 3-6yrs experience in procurement or consulting, prefer solid people management experience
? Strong experience in project management with analytical and logical skills
? Effective communication and presentation skills
? Strong team player with collaboration and commitment attitude
? Highly self-motivated and driven
? Bachelor Degree
? English at proficiency level
