TITLE: Sr. Analyst, Tax
DEPARTMENT: Finance
REPORTING TO: Tax Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Support daily tax compliance and ad-hoc tax projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure regular tax filing in compliance
? Mainland China (SH, Branches under SH, BJ)
- Monthly VAT filing and local surcharges control
- Quarterly Corporate Income Tax (“CIT”) filing control
- Annual CIT filing support for SH&BJ
- Annual Transfer Pricing Documentation (“TPD”) support for SH
- Withholding tax (“WHT”) payment review for overseas 3rd party service fees
- Filing work
? Taiwan
- Bimonthly VAT filing
- WHT payment
2. Follow up local tax bureau’s requirements
? Daily tax queries by tax bureaus
- Tax filing doubtful points
- Tax payable estimate
? Tax registration/deregistration related
- Tax invoice machine/tax system set-up
- Tax assessment support during deregistration
3. Tax ad-hoc projects (Local)
? Tax assessment/audits to SH &BJ and branches
- Communicate, negotiate and meet with tax officer
4. Tax ad-hoc projects (with US corporate tax)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
？ Major in Finance or Tax
？ Good command on English
？ Good command on Excel
？ Work independent and work hard
？ Communicative and patient
2) Minimum educational level:
？ College
3) Minimum experience:
？ 3-4 years in Tax
